Exercise Privacy Rights/ Do Not Sell or Share My Information

Enlyft respects the privacy of business professionals everywhere. Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights to control how your Personal Data is collected and used by Enlyft. As part of our compliance efforts with applicable privacy laws, Enlyft provides the following options to exercise your privacy rights.

If you are a data subject and your Personal Data is included in our Platform database, you can Verify Your Information and, if you wish, opt out of further processing of your Personal Data by Enlyft. Note that your opt-out will not apply to your Personal Data already being processed by Subscribers or third parties.  

For Platform users, you can request the following for any Personal Data that Enlyft processes as a controller or business:

• View your data - users can request to see all data that Enlyft stores about them
• Hide your data - users can request Enlyft to no longer expose their data to anyone
• Delete your data - users can request Enlyft to permanently erase their data from our systems
• Change your data - users can request Enlyft to correct or update any of their existing data 

Please email privacy@enlyft.com to submit exercise any of these rights. We are legally required to verify your identity as part of the data access and modification process. To make this possible, please include in your request your:

• First and last name
• Phone number
• State/province and country of residence
• Request type: View my data, Delete my data, Change my data, Hide my data

Enlyft will use the information related to your request only to verify that you are the holder of the relevant email and to fulfil your request. After successful verification of your identity, we will endeavor to process your information request within 30 calendar days.
